We are residents of Harlem Township joining together to keep the community updated and informed about the current proposed merger between the City of Westerville and Harlem Twp.
If the Merger goes to public ballot and both Westerville and Harlem vote yes by a 50%+1 vote within both jurisdiction's
These are just a handful of changes that will occur.

1.January 1st 2025 Harlem TWP ceases to exist, will be dissolved into the City of Westerville .
2.Your property taxes increase by atleast $120.00 per 100K of assessed property value.
3.Zoning laws change, You now follow what Westerville City council deems as Zoning for your property.
4.You will be serviced by the City of Westerville for Police, Fire.
5.All existing Harlem township property/assets both physical and fiscal become the property of Westerville.
